In order to protect the island from the over construction of large hotels, the existing official building projection (P.I.O.T) is limiting the number of available plots. This has meant a doubling of prices with no predictable ceiling. We are able to offer you a few selected plots in order to assist you in building your dream house from its planning to your moving in.
